Care & Repair Guide

Care & Repair Guide

Our gear is designed to accompany you during all your adventures. In order to prolong the lifespan and quality of your products, follow the guide below.

Our sowing techniques and materials are made to last, but unfortunately, like every other textile, there are some things to do and things to not do. Here are some of the "Don't's":

Washing_

Due to the stretch tape’s glue activating when heated, it is imperative to not wash the product at more than 30 degrees celcius as it activates itself, and can easily unstick from the fabric. Also, do not wash it more than necessary!

Do not use fabric softeners: this process may be detrimental to the water-repellent treatment of the garments and may also unstick the tape.

Drying and ironing_

Any intense heat such as the one produced by dryers or irons is equally bad for the garment, as it will activate and unstick the tape.

Pilling_

In case of pilling, use a fabric shaver and carefully remove them.

Reparation_

In case of issues with a product (e.g., tape coming off, tear...), follow the procedure below:

  1. take a photo of the damaged part of the product.
  2. Email: info@pag-nkw.com  and include the order number.

PAG will respond to your email regarding the product’s repairability. If repairable, we will hand it over to the workshop. We will also handle the return postage for the repaired product.

Otherwise, just come to our workshop in Lyon and we'll repair it on the spot!
